Randstad RCS Program Manager in Andover, Massachusetts
The Program Manager leads the account teams that act as on-site extensions of the clients HR function. The Program Manager is responsible continuously building and maintaining strategic partnerships with clients by understanding their business, strategic direction, processes, and policies with the goal of growing and developing RCS accounts.
This pivotal role is responsible for expanding Randstad’s influence within the client’s accounts while partnering to ensure fulfillment. This role provides day-to-day leadership and management to ensure the client receives the highest level of quality service in a timely and cost-effective manner though the management of full P&L, client relationships and Centralized Delivery relationship management, account management, team management and people development.
The Program Manager will oversee all operations and is responsible executing against goals and identifying opportunities for new revenue streams to sustain and grow RCS Client Delivery business.
Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
Master’s level work, a plus
- Five to seven years of business experience with a minimum of one in either staffing or in the client’s industry of specialization
Knowledge, skills, and abilities
Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize workload
Must work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and Outlook
Ability to identify customer’s needs and to deliver, decline, or adjust expectations accordingly
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving abilities
Unsurpassed level of professionalism and ability to communicate at all levels of the client organization
