Program Manager

Contract position: A Reverse Logistics Program Manager is needed for an American multinational corporation specializing in Internet-related services and products in the Atlanta, GA area. This position will work with leadership, internal and external teams to drive efficient process and meet key performance indicators. No per diem available. 25% domestic and international travel is expected.

Responsibilities for the Program Manager

  • Identify and effectively communicate actionable support cross-functionally through reporting analysis in a collaborative style. Track and identify recurring problems and create an action plan to address them.

  • Handle multiple incoming escalations appropriately. Ensure a consistent and timely completion of all launch readiness activities. Provide guidance, develop new processes and track pre and post-launch performance measurements.

  • Identify issues, bottlenecks, dependencies, and key decisions points in the reverse logistics process and work with internal/external partners to resolve issues Improve and document processes and implement to appropriate teams.

Requirements for the Program Manager

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related discipline with at least 5 years of project management and leadership experience.

  • Proven track record of process improvements. Knowledge of warehouse operations and Reverse Logistics experience.
