Coordinates, maintains, and promotes the company's corporate benefit and wellness programs.
Researches and communicates company wide wellness tips and initiatives.
Communicates benefit eligibility to area locations.
Processes benefit enrollments for eligible employees.
Process employee benefit changes, updates, and terminations, as needed.
Review benefit plan information and assist employees in the completion of benefit enrollment forms, as needed.
Responding to and resolving benefit inquiries in a timely manner.
Process and track FMLA leave requests.
Process 401K benefits and distributions, as required.
Coordinates and organizes the company?s open enrollment benefit meetings for health benefits and the company?s 401K plan.
Process COBRA benefits for eligible employees.
Verify and audit benefit invoices to ensure billing accuracy.
Generate benefit reports as needed.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 AM
File and maintain employee benefit documentation.
Assist payroll department as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.
High School Diploma/GED required.
College degree, preferred.
Must have proficiency in Microsoft office applications.
Ability to be calm in stressful situations.
Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
Must be able to clearly present benefit and wellness information before others.
Must be able to adjust in changing priorities and the various details of the job.
Must maintain a punctual and good attendance record.
Human resources, benefit processing/administration experience preferred.
