Corporate Actions Analyst

job summary:

Randstad is working with a premier financial services company located in Quincy, MA. This is a great opportunity for an entry level candidate with a bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance. Work closely with upper management and establish your career with a well known company in the industry.

  • Looking for someone that has an understanding of Mutual Funds or finance. Excel ability.

  • Good communication skills and an attention to detail.

  • This individual will be tasked with steps in the Client Onboarding Process.

  • They will set up cash and securities accounts.

  • Communicate with sub custodians to ensure accurate setups for each location. Provides customer service support to customers during Account Opening and Closing activities.

  • Coordinates with various internal departments to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.

  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills required.

  • Having 0-3 years experience.

  • Candidate should be able to utilize Microsoft Office products.
