IT is needed to lead effort to Migrate research environment from Oracle Solaris 10 OS to Red Hat Linux.
Coordinate migration from 7 to 10.
Create documentation such as Charter, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Risk Assessment, Scope Statement, etc.

Lead team to create regulatory compliance documents such as Installation/Operation Qualification and validation.
Coordination between teams, communications for planning, analysis, design, user testing and acceptance and implementation.
Lead effort to communicate with end user and senior management about downtime and changes.
Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or relevant experience strongly preferred. - Experience with large IT projects. Linux/Unix OS experience is a plus. - Proficiency with an enterprise PM tool such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, or other.
Must have strong organization and communication skills, and ability to communicate professionally with people inside and outside the organization.
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team, pay close attention to detail, prioritize diverse tasks, and coordinate workflow among staff.
Knowledge of information technology applications, processes, software and equipment Additional Qualifications:
Familiarity with human subject research, FISMA compliance, and 21 CFR Part 11 regulations is a plus
PMP or other relevant certification and experience preferred, e.g., PMI

Assembles project team, assigning responsibilities, identifying resources needed, and developing schedules to ensure timely completion of project. Responsible for project discovery. Ensure work completion within schedule, budgetary and design constraints. Make decisions about analysis, design and testing and provide alternative methods as needed. Work collaboratively with colleagues to leverage resources for successful project completion
