Marketing Support

A successful Marketing Programs Specialist will ensure LogMeIn provides the best user experiences for all our key constituents driving early life engagement and value with paying accounts and users. The primary objective is to gain deep insights and design and execute engagement programs that drive for an increase in usage & customer retention.

  • Experience in customer retention

-Knowledge of marketing technologies (We use marketo)

-Supporting two PMs working on Programs for GTM and GTW

-Driving system retention

-2-5 years exp.

-Understanding of customer lifecycle, customer journey

-CRM systems (salesforce)

Responsibilities:

Day to day, the Program Specialist will work with Sr. Program Managers to conceptualize and and to bring to market programs that identify and engage customers based on insights and customer behavior by using integrated multi-channel programs leveraging e-mail, web, community, advocacy, self-service, in-product, Customer Care, Sales, and any other available touch points to optimize the customer experience. They will support bringing to market programs that focus on early life retention, stimulate usage, improve renewals, create opportunities for competitive winback and minimize cancellation, and overall customer communications for expanding value. Create value marketing programs with customers that support but also go beyond earning the right to offer additional products and services.

? Work with Usage, Retention & IPD, Cloud Marketing and Customer Care to understand the key messaging to drive Develop programs based on insights with focus on measurable outcomes. Provide requirements/campaign brief, strategy for programs requiring production

? Support & plan Customer Communications

? Serve as a point of contact between stakeholder requests for customer communications, & Sr. Program Managers, working with automation team to establish priority, scheduling & goal alignment ensuring flawless execution.

? Understand ongoing & changing requirements of the customer segments

? Manage business owner requests and working closely with supporting functions to align strategy and priorities

? Coordinate the scheduling of programs for paid accounts, ensuring & adherence to established contact strategy

? Work with Marketing Automation team to ensure timely, flawless execution, tracking & reporting to drive meaningful outcomes.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:

Qualifications (include Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Related Work Experience)

2-5 years of related Marketing experience. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and evolving environment with changing priorities Exceptional editing, organizational and project management skills. Ability to work independently, with minimal direction, prioritize projects and manage resources. Strong sense of how to build relationships across multiple teams, and deep understanding of how to get work done in matrix organizations. Knowledge of web marketing, marketing automation, CRM systems, as well as aspects of digital marketing tactics, including design and familiarity with content management process. Familiarity with the capabilities and role that marketing automation platforms play. Understanding of subscription and lifecycle marketing
