Quality Audit Inspector

Our client is a leading provider of investor communications and technology-driven-solutions to banks, broker-dealers, mutual funds, and corporations globally. They are looking for a motivated, professional, and reliable individual to join the QA team

Responsibilities:

  1. Inventory maintenance including receipt validation, ordering, and reconciliation of proprietary negotiable document stock.

  2. Daily distribution and reconciliation of proprietary negotiable document stock on a job request level.

  3. Maintenance of several area drop off and stock movement logs.

  4. Reconciliation of all mutilation processing, including 1:1 validation between original "mute" and re-processed piece(s).

  5. Email management including distribution of key information to multiple teams. (All area duties)

  6. Other report reconciliations ensuring accuracy and that status updates are as expected.

  7. Quality Control on sensitive documents (paper and digital formats) prior to shipment.

  8. Labelling and shipment of sensitive documents (paper and digital formats) direct to clients.

  9. Maintenance of performance records for productivity & incident tracking.

  10. Maintaining 100% accuracy on all quality control or audit processes conducted.

Working hours: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Skills:

  • Strong Verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong ability to work in a high paced, exceptional quality environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (including Outlook, Excel, Access).

  • Proficiency in time management, organizational, interpersonal skills. Highly Team focused

  • Ability to work independently and execute job priorities under strict time constraints.

Experience:

Entry Level

Qualifications:

Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Hands on experience in Proofreading, Quality Assurance, Quality Control or Audit.

Exposure to financial operations business a plus.

Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint & InfoPath a plus.

Able to stand and sit for long periods of time.

Seasonal late hours required to ensure proper coverage.
