Data Administrator

Would be open to Burnet location.

Fluent in Chinese, Korean, or Japanese a plus.

The Data Administrator will be responsible for assisting our EHS teams with data entry and data management within the EHS focused Reliance ETQ system. We are looking for a team member that is self-directed, likes to work with data & spreadsheets, is detail oriented and enjoys helping others achieve project goals. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized. Assuring a steady completion of tasks in a timely manner is key to success in this position.


Project Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

Review and assign EHS reporting for next step resolution.

Assisting the company with assignments of training to employees and proper record keeping for completion.

Assist with Chemical data inventory logging, and as needed collecting updated Safety Data Sheets from suppliers

Analyze supplier and part number data in SAP

Research status of data, maintain spreadsheets of evaluated data and actions taken

Respond to questions and requests for information

Generate memos, emails and reports when appropriate to inform Supply Chain Managers and Compliance analysts on work status/progress

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM


Minimum Requirements:

Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Aptitude to learn and utilize internal data systems: SAP, Actio SDS software, Reliance ETQ data management software.

SAP experience preferred






Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency

Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-location office environment

Exceptional interpersonal communication skills

Ability to effectively work with all levels within the organization

Ability to work in a team as well as independently

Highly accountable with self-directed drive to accomplish tasks
