Staff Process Engineer
As a Staff Process Controls Engineer, you will report to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager and work with the Operations and Manufacturing Engineering team to design, program and maintain control systems to support pharmaceutical mixing systems and water purification. You will identify and implement improvements to create optimal uptime and efficiency and:

Monitor performance of pharmaceutical mixing equipment and purified water system.
Evaluate process controls versus industry standards and develop improvements as needed.
Specify, procure and validate systems including batch management software, programmable logic controls, pneumatics, servos, variable frequency drives, relays, communication networks, and operator interfaces.
Develop capital projects including equipment estimates, resource plans, and quality requirements. Monitor and report on project progress to ensure delivery on time and on budget.
Create and maintain system documentation such as operating procedures, system drawings and control schematics.
Assist with system troubleshooting and technical maintenance training
If you have these basic qualifications:
A Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Controls Engineering (other B.S degrees will be considered based on relevant experience)
5 years experience in a regulated manufacturing environment such as pharmaceutical, medical device, chemical or food.
Proficiency in Allen-Bradley PLC programming, creating process and instrument diagrams, and troubleshooting process control systems
