Technical Analyst I

job summary:

We have a 6 month renewable position for a Technical Analyst I with a client of ours in RTP, NC. Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates incident details to determine if the impact requires the engagement of the Major Incident Management team. Documents the impact, engages the Incident Manager and ensures initial communications are accurate. Serves as primary point of contact between caller and Major Incident Management staff. ITIL V3 Foundations Certification and prior Incident Management experience required. Bilingual a plus.

High School degree with relevant experience. Bachelors Degree preferred

Must have skills -

at least 3 to 5 years with incident management in IT

  • strong Communication skills

  • diverse background in IT including - Data Networking, Servers and Applications

  • must have ITIL Certification

Nice to haves -

  • Bilingual Spanish

  • Service Now experience

  • MS office suite
