Review and process time records for all hourly & salary employees on a timely basis. Includes US and Canadian associate payroll.
Process standard and exception employee record changes and payroll transactions including: new hires, terminations, status changes, tax changes, deductions, direct deposits, rate changes, retroactive adjustments, special pays, distribute payroll checks on a timely basis.
Answer various employee and management queries regarding payroll information.
Review and approve all requests for payroll checks to be processed outside of the payroll system (manual checks).
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Prepare and submit on a timely basis all of the Ormco, Kerr, and SDS payroll related tax reports for federal, state, and city taxing authorities.
Maintain, archive and secure all required payroll related data and records required by SDS and governmental authorities.
Prepare all financial reports as required to comply with SDS reporting requirements.
Prepare/manage Leave of Absence (LOA) benefit related deductions
Maintain balancing reports for payroll totals
File employee change paperwork and absence requests weekly
