Administrative Coordinator

Supports general business operations by providing various administrative support activities as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines in the Administrative Services Function. Develop a strong knowledge of the people, Bose Corp., CIS strategy and work, and a peer network to be able to have the knowledge and judgment to provide highly responsive and effective support for three directors. Learn and leverage collaboration and meeting technologies.


Day-to-day coordination of and management of calendars, meetings, conference calls

Prepare leaders for internal & external meetings, greet and escort non-Bose guests within Bose building

Coordinate domestic and international travel, including visa and passport applications and provide support to the travelers you directly support

Coordinate travel and schedules for interviews with potential candidates and vendors

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM


Event planning and coordination. Responsibilities include researching and selecting location, managing all logistics for the event (pre/post), manage budget, onsite support

Lead the coordination of the CIS All-Staff Meetings for both planning and execution of the meetings

Manage key distribution lists and team rosters

Maintain seating plan and coordinate moves for groups supported

Handle and maintain confidential & sensitive information including non-disclosure agreements (NDA's)

Back-up support to other Assistants on an as needed basis

Improve department administrative efficiency

Assist with special tasks and projects as needed
