Human Resources Employee Relations Coordinator

Randstad Sourceright in partnership with The Bose Corporation are actively seeking an HR Project Coordinator and Administrator to support the Employee Relations team, in addition to providing assistance to other functions within HR. This role is based out of Bose's corporate headquarters in Framingham, MA and will be a long-term contract to potential perm. Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Employee Relations project support, including but not limited to:

--Manage and maintain confidential & sensitive information such as non-disclosure agreements (NDA's), employee separation agreements and other employee related documentation

--Prepare and track confidential employee documentation in instances of a Reduction in Force

--Support Immigration Program with Massachusetts postings of compliance documentation, maintain public access files, data entry and other maintenance of immigration related documents

Provide administrative and project support to multiple leaders within HR and team members:

--Day-to-day coordination and management of calendar, meetings, conference calls, expense reports, domestic and international travel

--Order department office supplies as needed

--Process vendor invoice payments

--Maintenance of US labor law postings

--Maintain employee personnel files

--Provide back-up support to other Assistants on an as needed basis

--Improve department administrative efficiency

Entry Level


Additional responsibilities may include providing guidance to global team members and the ownership of initiatives deemed essential for team success including the documentation for standardized processes as well as maintaining our continuous improvement program and supporting new tools and emerging technologies.

-Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite; particularly with Word and Excel (v-look ups, mail-merges are a must), PowerPoint. Knowledge of Workday and Ariba is a plus.

-Technically savvy ? ability to troubleshoot as needed

-Passion and self-motivation to stay current with job related technologies and developments

-High level of professionalism to objectively manage confidential and sensitive information
