Administrative Assistant

CALLING ALL ADMINISTRATIVE PROFESSIONALS! We are in search of an administrative assistant to perform a variety of administrative duties within a growing company near Garden City, NY.

Responsibilities:

-Scheduling appointments

-Answering incoming phone calls

-Providing information to customers/clients

-Composing emails and memos

-Preparing invoices

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:

-Detail-oriented

-Strong verbal and written communication skills

-Able to multi-task

Education:

Bachelors

Experience:

Entry Level

Qualifications:

-Proficient in MS Office, including Excel

-Knowledge or experience with Adobe, Quickstart, Access a PLUS

-1-5 years experience required

-Associates Degree required

This is a temporary to permanent position paying $15.00/HR. The schedule is M-F from 9:00AM-5:00PM.
