Coordinate bookings and pickups
Track and Trace all loads.
Support high levels of customer satisfaction and high service levels by completing tasks on time and in accordance with processes.
Data Entry into Operating System to generate documentation.
Knowledge of Logistics terms
Ability to display professional conduct at all times when dealing with employees and other departments.
Maintains constant and professional communication with other departments.
Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines thereby establishing priorities & completing assignments on time.
Must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with a group of people, in order to achieve Crowley's goals.
Must be able to consistently be at work and be on time as well as ensure work responsibilities are covered when absent.
Ability to follow instructions and respond to management direction.
Attention to detail with high degree of accuracy.
A positive, motivated, can-do attitude to excel beyond expectations
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
One to Two years of prior experience in field is required.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Preferred.
Bilingual not required however is a plus.
