Supply Chain Analyst

Are you looking for a potential permanent opportunity with a global company! Do you have a degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management? Do you have at least 2-3 years experience in demand supply chain planning and forecasting? If so, this may be the right job for you!

This position is primarily a technical role working in the operations center for a global bottling company that manages all operations and supply activity for their brands.

Responsibilities:

Working closely with the supply chain brand manager, this role will involve leading and supporting cross functional projects from manufacturing, procurement, marketing, sales, packaging, logistics, etc. This operations center is responsible for managing the client's portfolio of brands, which included iconic products.

Will be providing analytical support on supply & demand planning activities to the supply chain brand manager during day-to-day activities. Provide visibility across the supply chain from 1st level suppliers to customer warehouse, and ensure supply meets demands in a timely manner at the best cost and quality.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills needed:

  • Expert Microsoft Excel

  • Must have experience in a production, logistics or supply chain environment (within FMCG Company desirable)

  • Experience in Innovation, continuous improvement and project management a plus

  • Language skills: English - Fluent

  • Educational Requirement: Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Management

  • Listening skills

  • Excellent analytical, organizational and planning skills

  • Excellent communication, written and presentation skills

  • Ability to make quick decisions for corrective action

  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities in a challenging, fast-paced environment

  • Excellent computer skills including Excel and SAP ECC/APO experience or any other Planning and ERP system knowledge

  • Self-starter who works well under limited direction. Ability to work independently with high degree of initiative and drive
