Sales Administrator

Summary

The Sales Administrator will be responsible for providing direct support to Senior Leadership in addition to Sales and Service teams. This position acts as a liaison between internal and external customers, as well as, creating presentations, assisting with proposals, and other documents associated with the sales process.

Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities

--Salesforce Administrator involving initiation of training for entire sales team

--Submit all purchases orders

--Administrator for all company travel to include flights, hotel and rental car reservations via Concur

--Provide administrative support to the Sales and Service teams

--Set up meetings and reserve conference rooms

--Coordinate weekly organizational meeting that include locations

--Create and coordinate production of client correspondence and presentation materials including proofreading and formatting

--Maintain collateral materials for marketing and client presentations and proposals

--Act as liaison between Client Service Reps and marketing events, graphics, sales, RFP teams and other departments in preparation for site visits, presentations and written proposals

--Maintained each Sales Representative's calendar; scheduled conference room reservations for internal strategy meetings and preparation sessions

--Deal preparation included Introductions, Request for Information, Request for Proposal, Finals and Site Visit prior to the prospect's final decision

--Created presentations based upon continual interaction with the Sales Service Team

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
