Human Resources Administrative Assistant

This Human Resources Administrative Assistant will assist with new hire processes, new hire orientation, personnel files, and general office duties. Under direct supervision of the HR Manager you will process HR transactions (new hires, promotions, performance increases, etc.); develop and post new job openings, schedule and coordinate applicant interviews, coordinate new hire orientation, benefits enrollment etc. As well as other various administrative duties.


Support the organization in the recruitment process, advertising career openings and preparing on-boarding orientation materials.

Assist with HR Transactions.

Enter information for applicant screening and background checks.

Create new employee files, labels, file tabs and supporting documents.

Administrative Functions - Clerical/Filing

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
