Some Responsibilities Include:


  • Set-up new vendors as needed

  • Submit PO requests for Domestic Home Entertainment projects

  • Issue PO's to vendors

  • Obtain approvals on invoices once received, code according to title, and submit to appropriate finance department (DHE/Corporate AP)


  • Receive, log and file Standard Def and Blu-ray check discs on a daily basis

  • Keep master copies of discs as well as distributing copies to appropriate marketing contacts

  • Manage requests for check discs and obtain approvals for releasing discs to PR for media outlets


  • Assist title managers in tracking down assets for use on menus

  • Facilitate delivery of assets to menu vendors

  • Request tape dubs and burn-ins with video ops

  • Burn copies of CD's and DVD's for title managers and send to vendors


  • Log and submit all final master elements to Library Services. Send out delivery notifications to Domestic and International Tech Services, Domestic and International Marketing & DVD product Development

  • Keep record of all vaulted assets and MC #'s

  • Track location of vaulted materials upon request


Must have previous experience in the field.
