Office Manager

Our client, in Manchester, NH, is seeking and experienced Office Manager, with a background in Accounting, to support their office. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of accounting experience and will act as the sole support for the office. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience working in a small office environment, preferably manufacturing.

Location: Manchester, NH

Pay: $16-$19/hour (Temp-Hire)

Hours: M-Friday 8am-5pm

Responsibilities:

? Key accounting functions such as AP, AR and reconciliations

? Preparing and sending customer quotes and invoices to clients

? Receiving and processing customer purchase orders and tracking order status

? Ordering materials, tools and office supplies to meet production and office requirements

? Receiving all incoming phone calls and greeting visitors

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:

--QuickBooks experience

--Intermediate in MS Excel

--Works with autonomously

Education:

Associate

Experience:

Experienced

Qualifications:

? Manufacturing experience a plus

? 3+ years of accounting experience

? Ability to learn new systems quickly

? Track record of being sold support in office

? Must be reliable and trustworthy
