Sr. Project Manager

job summary:

IT Strategy Development

  • Ensure individual business objectives and KPIs/metrics are aligned to Freddie Mac's overall strategy

  • Conduct analysis of operations, future state requirements, and customer needs to create a total picture of organizational goals and the strategic options to achieve those goals

  • Review regulatory and corporate level requirements for consideration with IT strategic goals

Change Management

  • Develop approaches to address cultural impacts to organizational change

  • Align deliverables to the business "outcomes" and ensure changes are thoroughly and smoothly implemented

responsibilities:

Business Process Improvement

  • Analyze business problems, drill down to root cause issues and determine creative solutions

  • Challenge the status quo with compelling analysis of both current and future state possibilities

  • Analyze business processes to identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and performance

  • Develop presentations that communicate information and complex concepts to facilitate decision-making and buy-in from executive leadership

Data Analysis

  • Collect and analyze data from disparate sources with an eye for distinguishing the signal from the noise

  • Develop executive-level charts to help support business cases for change or process improvement

  • Create compelling analysis that clearly conveys the need for change.

Provide appropriate level of consultation within the organization to understand needs and develop a strategy in support of the IT division's delivery model

  • Work with communications team to plan delivery of messages that convey the IT strategy

  • Assess the impact of planned changes on culture, people and the organization's structure

  • Determine mitigation tactics to address concerns and issues
