Maintenance Mechanic

We are looking for a highly qualified industrial maintenance mechanic. This is a permanent position, so the individual should be seeking a long-term career. Responsibilities:

  • Understanding of functions of injection molding machines and repair

  • Overtime required as necessary to maintain the smooth running of plant operations

  • Troubleshoot and repair machine problems (hydraulic/electrical/air systems/pneumatics)

  • Perform timely completion of machine and equipment PM

  • Properly document PM activities

  • Troubleshoot and repair secondary equipment

  • Electrical prints reading

  • Follow applicable EMS/QMS policies, procedures, and work instructions

  • Maintain safe and clean work environment

  • Maintain external equipment and plant grounds as necessary

  • Other duties as requested

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

--Understanding of pneumatics

--Welding knowledge

Education:

High School

Experience:

Qualifications:

--High School Degree or equivalent

--Proven work history of attendance

--Proven ability to work unsupervised

--Proven ability to work in teams

--Mechanical ability

--Willingness to accommodate hours flex

--Ability to work in confined spaces

--Basic math

--Timely completion of job functions

--Able to perform machine repair functions

--Hi-Lo License

--Willing to work with high voltage

--Able to work with heights
