They are seeking a junior level operations assistant that has some basic experience with technical writing, understanding of front end web development, and overall administrative skills, for a newly created role. This position will be working very closely with upper management and C-level executives, so excellent communication and professionalism is a must have. This individual will be working as a hybrid assistant to the operations group, in a support capacity. He/she will be very involved in a wide range of projects and tasks, varying between short-term/simple and long-term/very extensive, from scheduling/planning to hands-on work with internal departments (sales, engineering, accounting, etc.). The candidate will provide the following support by:

  • Technical writing skills will be used while working with Engineering/Technical teams

  • Basic/beginnner Front-End Web Development skills/understanding is a plus

  • Communicate with C-level executives and upper management to initiate and complete projects/tasks

  • Plan/schedule internal meetings

  • Travel to other branches/sites to assist with operations/logistics planning and preparation

  • Assist with problem resolution

  • Perform tasks/duties to ensure interdepartmental planning/logistics accuracy


  • BA/BS degree required; ideally would like someone that has a year or two work experience

  • Must have working knowledge of basic end-user software like Adobe, Office, etc.; understanding of Office365 would be nice to have

  • Technical writing skills would be nice to have, but not required if they are open to learning how the client utilizes such skill

  • Experience working in warehouse/factory setting would be nice to have


  • Exceptional communication and soft skills

  • Good organization skills, time management skills and team player

  • Great work ethic, willing to have an "on-call" approach to work and change direction quickly based on needs

  • Eager to learn and adapt
