Human Resources Generalist

Randstad is working with an extremely well established company in the heart of the Downtown Minneapolis who is actively looking for a team oriented HR generalist to join their family. If you are an HR expert with generalist experience in a professional service setting, then this is the role for you!

This company would love someone who is flexible and comfortable strategically planning for multiple department projects. Proactive communication is key in this position as you would report directly to the company's Director of HR, and communicate constantly with others in their department. As an HR Generalist you will support the organization's commitment to legal compliance along with manage, onboarding projects, conferences, compensation, training, employee relations, performance management, and employee services.

This opportunity will offer $65k - $75K, Full Benefits, PTO, and will be Direct Hire.

Responsibilities:

--Strategically plan for and manage multiple projects related to company HR functions

--Provided compensation and benefit services for internal employees

--Consult with the Director of HR on multiple projects including, the development of an electronic onboarding model, managing conferences, harassment training forums, etc..

--Work with managers to develop new job descriptions and ensure existing descriptions stay up to date

--Administer firm personnel policies, keep the employee guide up to date, and suggest changes to existing polices

--Spearhead the development and implementation of management and training programs to ensure managers are properly skilled in firm policies and procedures

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:

--Ability to adapt to changing responsibilities and circumstances

--Can organize and prioritize multiple tasks and complete them under given deadline constraints

--Experience with HRIS systems

--Basic benefits knowledge

--Proven longevity at previous positions

Qualifications:

--3+ years of previous HR Generalist experience

-- Bachelor?s Degree from an accredited University (preferred)

--Previous HR background in a professional services setting
