We have a tempt to hire opportunity with a well established organization in the Plymouth area for an Office Assistant. This position will be doing heavy data entry, entering invoices, purchase orders, filing, and other projects as needed. This position requires proficient data entry capability, strong excel ability, detail orientated, reliable, and ability to multitask. This role will offer $15/hr (with pay increases), 40 hours a week (flexible schedule), and will be temp to hire.
Entering Orders, Invoices, and Purchase labels
Running production, payroll and financial reports
Creating and updating spreadsheets
File and Scan documents
back up receptionist for breaks
Other projects as assigned
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Strong Data Entry Skillset
Ability to multitask different priorities
Strong attention to detail
1-3 years office or administrative support experience
Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, Word
