job summary:

Position Description

As a Program Manager - Risk Management, you will help develop risk management content which can be used for employee awareness, sharing of best practices. You will also work closely to help track of risk management initiatives through regular project communication.

The individual taking this role must be a self starter with excellent business acumen.

Job responsibilities

Development of risk management Collateral (Templates, SOPs, communication, Training slides, presentations etc) to support identified risk areas.

Development and management of Risk Management Website, Document repository for best practice sharing

Support Risk Management Program Managers through regular project tracking, project dashboards, project metrics

Skill/Experience/Education

Mandatory

  • You must meet these minimum qualifications to apply for this job BA/BS in Finance, Business, Engineering related field or equivalent practical experience. Efficient into using docs, slides, sheets, project management collateral & tools

Desired

  • Having as many of these specific qualifications is a plus, but transferable skills/experiences may be equally valuable

  • MBA or Business degree

  • Prior experience into collateral creation like slides, documents, website, sheets etc

  • Project tracking & management experience through metrics, dashboards

  • Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills

  • Ability to navigate through ambiguity, manage and coordinate multiple assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, accepting ownership and accountability of the deliverables and deliver on commitments

  • Eagerness to learn new things, discover emerging and new data trends
