Sales Manager

Permanent position: Technical Sales Manager for a leading passive fire protection solution provider. Role is responsible for establishing relationships with transport and defense manufacturers, parts fabricators, consulting engineers and related customers to grow business within specific product segment. To be considered - Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering discipline with at least five (5) experience in technical insulation products or in B2B sales with defense or mass transportation defense products. Responsibilities for the Sales Manager

  • Responsible for establishing relationships with transport and defense manufacturers, parts fabricators, consulting engineers and related customers

  • Understand the customer application requirements well enough to credibly demonstrate our value proposition.

  • Assess and prioritize new opportunities based on earnings potential, resource requirements, timing, and company strategic initiatives

  • Define, assess, and support growth opportunities for new and existing customers within markets and regions.

  • Develop a full understanding of the competition, products, tactics and strategies to enable effective promotion and feedback.

Requirements for the Sales Manager

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or proven sales record within the industry

  • Must have minimum of five (5) years of technical sales experience

  • Experience in B2B sales with defense or mass transportation defense products

  • Understanding in technical insulation or fire protection is highly desired

  • Travel (40-60%)
