Exciting opportunity for those administrative candidates looking to get their foot in the door with a top reputable financial company in the financial district in New York City. Currently seeking energetic Administrative professionals to assist with conference set ups, meeting materials, and more.
This is an ongoing contract position. Working hours will be Monday through Friday 9am to 1pm
Acts as a gatekeeper
Interacts with client and all levels of management and staff.
Plan and coordinate meetings
Distribute presentations, reports, proposals, spreadsheets, correspondence and other documents
Manage conference room set ups and break downs
Order catering for large meetings as needed
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Excellent internal and external customer service orientation
Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
Must be a team player and a natural problem solver
-1-2 years of experience in a hospitality or administrative/ office services role
