Cisco Network Analyst

job summary:

Responsible for implementation and maintenance of critical network infrastructure components used to support mission critical applications along with back-office systems. Network administrator will support multiple network systems, mainly routers and switches

  • Provide real-time management of the company's Network infrastructure

  • Support problem identification and resolution activities for mission critical applications

  • Ensure compliance and security of all key network components

  • Provide maintenance and oversight for various network segments, including Intranet, WAN, Internet and DMZ

  • Assist with migration from Cisco IOS/NX-OS to Cisco ACI

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.

  • Detailed knowledge and support of Cisco ACI

  • Detailed knowledge and support of Cisco routers, switches and firewalls

Preferred:

  • Experience in migration from Cisco IOS/NX-OS to Cisco ACI

  • Detailed knowledge and support of Cisco routers, switches and firewalls

  • Detailed knowledge of routing protocols, such as BGP, EIGRP, IS-IS

  • Detailed knowledge of TCP/IP including packet capture analysis experience

  • Experience working with customers to develop solutions for business problems

  • Familiar with IT infrastructure components and complex networking solutions

Experience setting up Cisco firewalls from the ground up
