We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate for the role will be detail oriented, personable and ability to function in a fast paced atmosphere. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 4 years of HR experience specifically in benefits, payroll and employee relations.

--Responsible for maintaining the HR database
--Work along said payroll specialist to ensure on time payroll processing for all employees
--Report findings on turnover, headcount and other employee related retention numbers
--Handle open enrollment and benefits
--Spearhead onboarding initiatives for all new hires
--Responsible for termination of employees and exit interviews
--Exercise knowledge of HR policies, labor laws and procedures to resolve employee questions
Working hours: 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM
--Handle self well in stressful situations
--Understanding of employment laws and policies
--4+ years of HR
--Proficient in ADP
--Expert in MS Office
