We have a part-time position (20-25 hours per week) available in our Payroll Department located at our beautiful Palm Beach Gardens office. We are a healthcare management company that needs a polished, professional person who has exceptional administrative skills and also has knowledge of payroll processing or the flow of payroll entry understanding. Any knowledge with updating payroll information on HR or payroll systems is a huge plus as is knowledge in calculating any payroll deductions, preparing W-2's, assisting with special projects that involve the payroll process or department. The right candidate will have knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint programs. Proficient and fast typing and data entry skills are also a key skill for this position. You should be highly organized and detail oriented, with the initiative and proactive outlook to consistently manage time-sensitive projects. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.



Prepare Administrative Payroll Checklists

Review Timecards with missing punches

Send snippets of timecards with missing punches to managers to sign off on

Manually modify timecards once missing times are resolved

Pull all Leave requests for the Pay Period

Modify timecards for the proper pay codes

Pull Time Detail and Timecard Audit Trail from Kronos for 16 groups

E-mail reports to Director of Payroll

Working hours: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM


Specific qualifications for the position include:

2-3 years or more with experience providing administrative support

Excellent proof reading skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

High School Graduate or the equivalent

Excellent grammar skills

Prioritization skills

MS Office, Calendar, e-mail proficient

Ability to type 45-50 words per minute
