Business Development Manager needed for my tech client! Will be based in downtown Raleigh... local candidates only, please.

responsibilities:

KPIs:

  • Managing a team of 8+ Business Developments Reps (plus future hiring)

  • Hitting prospecting goals focused on generating new account meetings and qualified opportunities

  • Provide sales training and development of business development reps to move from prospecting to closing roles

qualifications:

Requirements and other stuff:

5+ years of inside sales and business development experience

Bachelor's degree

Solid knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies and cloud computing

Sales and Biz Dev team management

Sales training expertise

Challenger, MEDDIC or other sales process experience

Comp model: $125K-$150K+ OTE w/salary of $80-100K+. Benefits.
