Call Center Representative Inbound

Our Client, a large Bank, located in E. Providence, has a need for Call Center Reps. This role will pay $18.00 an hour and last for at least a years in duration, possible temp-hire.

Schedules: All candidates must be able to work each schedule

5 - Sat, Mon, Tues, Fri 9am-8pm

3 - Sun, Mon, Wed, Fri 9am-8pm

2 - Sun, Mon, Thur, Fri 9am-8pm

5 - Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri 1pm - 9:30pm & Sat 11:30 - 8pm.

3 - Mon, Tues, Thur, Fri 1pm - 9:30pm & Sat 11:30 - 8pm

4 - Mon, Tues, Weds, Fri 1pm - 9:30pm & Sun 11:30 - 8pm

3 - Mon, Wed, Thur, Fri 1pm - 9:30pm & Sun 11:30 - 8pm

Training Schedule:

M-F 9am - 5:30pm

Hire Date 6/24/2019

Class Start Date 6/24/2019

OJT Date 7/24/2019

Production Date 8/14/2019 (assigned schedules begin)


The client service representatives (CSRs) go beyond processing simple account transactions - you'll listen to client needs and advise on products and services to support our clients through life events and moments that matter. Anticipate and resolve client concerns with the goal of exceeding each client's expectations, no matter how large or small the request. CSRs work in an inbound client service contact center that requires sitting and taking calls for the entire shift, with structured breaks. Being there for our clients is our number one priority. In order to do that, we need our contractors to adhere to schedules that ensure our clients have every opportunity to connect with a client service professional in their moments that matter.

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM


  • Has 1+ year of customer/client service experience, including experience handling difficult client situations.

  • Has at least an intermediate level of proficiency with computers and current technology.






1+ year of experience in the banking/financial industry.

1+ year of experience working in a client service call center.

At least an intermediate ability in computer skills.

A minimum of 1 year of experience working with customers.

At least 1 year of experience handling difficult situations with customers.

Intermediate proficiency (1-3 years of experience) in written (including grammar and spelling) and verbal communications.

Ability to engage with customers, begin a conversation, build rapport, and handle objections.

Comfortable receiving ongoing performance feedback and coaching.

Comfortable with ongoing change and learning new technology/processes.

Ability to analyze and resolve customer inquiries.

Ability to provide a positive customer experience through creative solutions.
