Call Center Representative Inbound

Randstad is seeking enthusiastic Customer Service professionals for a client in the Marketing Industry located in St Petersburg, FL.

SHIFTS: one shift available :-Friday, Saturday, Monday, Tuesday - 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM Su - 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM (Sunday has different hours because they close early)

PAY: $13.00

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and/or a call center environment. Effective typing and data entry skills are very important and the ability to multi-task is also key. Candidates will be required to provide top-level service to all callers while being able to accurately route each line accordingly.



-Basic computer knowledge with demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word

-A 'whatever it takes' attitude to care for customers

-Ability to be flexible regarding changes in work processes and environment

-Ability to multitask and meet deadlines (service level agreement responsiveness)

-Strong customer service orientation with external/internal customers

-Collaborative nature to work within assigned team

-Good problem solving ability to effectively guide customers through solutions

-High level of accuracy and attention to detail

-Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills

Working hours: 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM


Education and Experience

High school graduation required; some college preferred

Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment or manufacturing/distribution site.
