Currently looking for a excellent candidate for a Collections Rep position in San Antonio, TX .

Shift Required : Based off of clients needs

Pay Rate: $23.13

Job Description:

Inbound/outbound automated calls to secure payments on dilenquent accounts

Manual outbound calls to responsible party contacts to secure payments on dilenquent accounts

Critical thinking to analyize processes to provide a better member experience

Open for feedback/coaching opportuntites to better skills on an ongoing basis

Provide positive feedback/encouragement to teammates to help better their skills

Interprets information and provide valuable financial solutions regarding deliquent accounts

Educate members on differences on Credit Counseling Agencies versus Debt Settlement companies

Reliable and good attendance
