Demand Planning Inventory Analyst

job summary:

Demand Planning Inventory Analyst - San Antonio, Texas

  • This is a contract role expected to last 3 to 5 months with possibility for extension or conversion to perm.

Demand Planning Inventory Analyst - Job Duties:

  • Produce monthly forecast for Compute hardware to Suppliers.

  • Review and Approve Requests for stock and one-off orders.

  • Engage with Sales to identify pipeline deals, to update Compute forecasting to Suppliers.

  • Engage with Compute Product Team to coordinate new product launches, platform changes and supporting life cycle changes.

  • Support team in review and updates of monthly reporting and performance metrics.

  • Support and improve Planning toolsets.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key internal customers.

qualifications:

Required Skills (and years of experience): TOP 5 SKILLS NEEDED

  • 5 Years Planning experience.

  • Experienced in working with ERP systems and Excel.

*Experience in utilizing/performing MinMax and Forecasting

  • Proficient problem solving.

  • Excellent in communication.

Preferred Skills: (NICE TO HAVES)

  • Planning management of Compute (Servers and Components) Category.

  • Used Oracle previously
