Our client is currently seeking an Project Coordinator for a 3+ month contract opportunity located in San Francisco, CA.

responsibilities:

Job Description:

Support Senior Director and Director of Mandates Control Group and team with a variety of administrative tasks including scheduling & coordinating meetings, updating materials and preparation of expense reports

Preparation of materials in powerpoint, excel, word

Perform other time sensitive tasks as assigned

Responsible for assignments of moderate scope and complexity.

Works under minimal supervision and has ability to function independently to produce results that meet standards of quality, timeliness and acceptability.

May hold discretionary authority to personally handle administrative matters of some significance, in the absence of, or on behalf of, the manager.

Supports analytical projects, procedural tasks, and third-party administration, monitoring and tracking.

Serves as administrative liaison between manager and direct reports and others within and outside the organization.

qualifications:

Uses concepts and abilities as well as internal policies and procedures to complete assignments and solve problems.

Excellent customer service and oral and written communication skills.

Knowledge of a variety of software applications required.

May require a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in administrative services.

Experience in coordinating and providing support to large complex projects.
