Data Protection & Privacy Remediation Engagement Manager

job summary:

  • Manage stakeholder expectations and lead engagement with various cross functional stakeholders to remediate Data Protection & Privacy issues, opportunities, and/or risks and follow the remediation proces

  • Prepare the remediation artifacts and tools such that the remediation process can be followed.

  • Facilitate meetings and communicate well in a large group of participants; meetings shall be prepared well in advance with supporting presentation material.

responsibilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent

  • Excellent attention to detail, reporting, and managing of tasks.

  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills, time management and analytical/problem solving abilities.

  • Team player with ability to be hands-on & get knee-deep to resolve complex issues.

  • Ability to perform at a rapid pace - and to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally, a true team player amongst local and remote resources in different time zones.

  • Experience creating enterprise quality power point presentation, project, and process documentation.

  • Focused in meeting client's requirements, expectations, and providing exceptional customer satisfaction.

  • Experience defining business goals, business requirements and producing high quality project documentation supporting them. (Samples may be requested)

  • Experienced working from the Windows platform and common tools such as Outlook, Powerpoint, and Exc

qualifications:

  • Experience in a profession relating to Data Protection, Privacy, and/or Security

  • Can-do attitude - you are willing to tackle difficult issues and challenges and keep positive attitude throughout

  • Excellent follow-through, flexible in a dynamic, changing environment, works independently.

  • Strong ability to influence without authority

skills: - Project manager 5+ years or equivalent experience
