Fulfillment Operations Coordinator

This Fulfillment Operations Coordinator will be assisting the Fulfillment Support Staff within a assigned geography with clerical and administrative tasks as assigned. This will include handling repetitive facility related function such as invoice paying and metrics reporting to support the operation. They may also be assigned to support Managers/Supervisors in the assigned region with administrative tasks as assigned.

Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Location: Schaumburg

Responsibilities:

  1. Receives and counts stock items, and records data using computer.

  2. Code and Processing of all Divisional Service Bills.

  3. Assist Divisional Inventory Control person to review and monitor inventory turns, slow and dead stock.

  4. Cycle count back up to Inventory control

  5. Back up and assist the Inventory Control person on main issues, PO reconciliation, posting of returns, Consigned Stock Reporting

  6. Verifies inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, and investigating discrepancies or adjusting errors.

  7. Examines and inspects stock items for wear, defects, and expiration, reporting any damaged or expired items to supervisors.

  8. Processing freight claims.

  9. Processing returns with vendor for damaged or defective materials.

  10. Utilizes computer system to track stock and physical inventory.

  11. Communicating with other employees and vendor customer service staff.

Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Qualifications:

  1. High School Diploma and over one year of related experience or equivalent combination of formal education/training and experience.

  2. Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail.

  3. Demonstrated ability to communicate and follow instructions in verbal and written form

  4. Ability to utilize computer system and applications (SAP, Oracle, Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook)

  5. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time and lift and carry boxes.

  6. Represent company in a professional, courteous manner at all times

  7. Reliable transportation to work or off site at customer location.
