Technical Sourcer

job summary:

A major tech firm in Downtown Seattle is looking to vamp up its recruiting team after going through a recent merger. This individual will be responsible for assisting recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop creative strategies to find the best talent for multiple brands within the company. It is a fast-paced heavy-volume environment with the ability to grow and be hired on full-time as it is a project-hire capacity. You must be a creative problem-solver to sourcing and establish strong partnerships with hiring managers/ recruiters as a lot of time is invested into engaging passive and active candidates through a highly engaged approach. Being the first point of contact for many candidates, you must be able to bring in an awesome candidate experience.

responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute on a sourcing strategy to build a solid pipeline of candidates and other talent segments as needed, utilizing various channels such as: applicants, referrals, LinkedIn, use of Boolean, personal network, blogs, forums, advertising, and researching to select sourcing tools to attract passive talent

  • You will partner closely with aligned recruiting team to understand specific talent needs to successfully build a pipeline of active and passive top talent through various channels

  • Interview and assess for technical and business skills

  • You will evaluate candidates on Company core values

qualifications:
