MRP / ERP Administrative Assistant

Our manufacturing client in the Skippack, PA area is seeking immediate administrative assistant support in their office. The position would be contracted to cover duties of current staff on leave. The pay rate would be between $15 - $16 per hour dependent upon skills and qualifications. Please see below for responsibilities and qualifications desired by our client.


  • Retrieve and enter customer orders into MRP system

  • Responsible for tracking of inventory and orders

  • Create bills of lading

  • Check COA's

  • Invoicing

  • Partner with production or warehouse supervisors with inventory concerns for customer orders

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM


  • MRP or ERP experience is a MUST

  • Netsuite or Sage preferred

  • Trello experience is preferred


High School




  • Detail oriented

  • Communicative skills both verbal and written

  • Able to work with a team and take partners
