Material Handler 2nd shift

Randstad is recruiting for experienced materials handlers to work in Southaven MS. This is a temp to hire opening for candidates with prior experience in the building materials/construction industry. Ideal candidate will be comfortable reading a tape measure and comprehending drawings and work orders. Pay will start at $10.00/per hour and increase with experience.

Job Duties:

  • Repairs chips and holes (by hand) on concrete forms

  • Prepares materials for production

  • Supplies the production department with correct size rings needed for making forms (45-50lbs) max to be lifted by one person

  • Helps load products as they prepared to leave the plant

Working hours: 4:00 PM - 3:00 AM

Skills:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED

  • 2 positive work references

  • Ability to pass drug screen and criminal background check

  • Minimum 1 year building materials/construction industry experience

  • Ability to accurately read tape measure

  • Ability to perform basic math calculations

  • Prior experience working with drawings and work orders
