Randstad RCD Lead Recruiter in Tampa, Florida
The primary objective of the RCD Recruiting Lead is to supervise the daily order management process for a team of Recruiters supporting national VMS/MSP customers. The RCD Recruiting Lead will also provide direct recruiting support for select client programs. The RCD Recruiting Lead will exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance that are directly related to the management and operation of the business, including:
RCD Order Management
Supervising the daily activities of a team of Recruiters reporting to a Manager, include workload balance, assignment of tasks and activity management
Evaluating candidates via phone interviews, online assessments, and professional references, coordinating interviews, assisting talent with resumes and coaching for successful interviews
Creating and executing a strategic recruitment plan via sourcing, interviewing, coaching, retaining, and developing candidates exceeding client expectations
Engagement and Talent Oversight
Provide indirect management to talent population on assignment with Randstad client’s. This includes providing counseling and corrective actions, as well as terminations as required.
Together with Manager, support the on-boarding and training of the team of Recruiters
HS Diploma required
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proven experience and/or relevant skills to manage a full cycle recruitment process consisting of sourcing, screening, extending offers, on-boarding, coaching, and terminating talent
Demonstrated leadership capabilities
Proficient computer skills for accuracy in reporting and recording information
Experience in multi-tasking, prioritizing work, and effective time management skills
Agility to adjust to the flux and flow of a high volume and high pressure environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be innovative in approach, willing to take risks and operate successfully in ambiguous situations
