Regulatory Clerk

A manufacturing company in South Tucson is looking for a Regulatory Clerk. In this position, you will be responsible for providing support to the Regulatory/Compliance Manager, assisting in aspects of the regulatory compliance efforts of a manufacturing site. This position will focus on document and process mapping; organization and filing, and other tasks as assigned.


-Review existing quality systems, documents and prepares maps of linkages within site procedures/work instructions/forms and between corporate and site procedures/work instructions/forms.

-Review, scan and file regulatory documents

-Assist with preparation of training and presentation materials

-Assist regulatory affairs department with other duties as assigned

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM


-Detail-Oriented, Committed to Accuracy, efficiency, and consistency

-Excellent organizational ability

-Proficient in using a personal computer - intermediate knowledge of keyboarding skills and standard Microsoft Office Applications

-Filing/Digitizing files


High School


Entry Level


-Minimum of 1-2 years experience in some type of office setting

-Experience with scanning/filing of documents

-Eager to learn and handle multiple duties simultaneously
