Call Center Representative Inbound

We are looking to add a fast paced Call Center Representative to our team! The successful candidates will be responsible for answering incoming customer calls, daily follow up with customers

Our Call Center Representatives are often the first point of contact for customers' product issues, so we are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to perform exceptional and professional written and verbal communication

  • Input vehicle information into management systems

  • Taking 30-50 calls per day. Quality of call is important

  • Communicate vehicle conditions to insurance company and connect customer to rental vehicle if needed

  • Follow up with customers and insurance companies on vehicle claims

  • This position requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and relative computer software.

  • Reviews all new subrogation claims for insurance company verification and policy matching prior to reporting within department guidelines. Researches insurance companies to aid in proper identification.

  • Answers calls from drivers, clients, and shops.

  • Maintain a timely report of all pending files.

  • Work well with internal team members

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft word, and excel

  • Multi- task and attention to detail

  • Knowledge of car insurance preferred

  • Previous call center experience

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills

  • Must have experience in Subrogation claims

  • Strong problem solving abilities

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate the ability to provide excellent service to clients

  • Must have knowledge of car insurance preferred ( 1 year minimum )

  • 1+ years of experience in an office call center setting using the telephone and computer as the primary instruments to perform job duties

  • must be able to pass drug and background test prior to beginning work

  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)

  • Knowledge of car insurance preferred ( 1 year)
