Customer Service Specialist

FORTUNE 500 INSURANCE AND FINANCIAL PLANNING INSTITUTION IS SEEKING EXPERIENCED OUTBOUND CALL CENTER REPS!!!

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for making outbound phone calls to customers related to obtaining a new/previous quote

  • May also support a need for inbound calls

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:

  • Excellent oral & written communication skills;

  • Superior telephone etiquette;

  • Excellent listening skills and ability to articulate ideas

Qualifications:

  • Ability to understand and respond clearly to customers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while promoting a quality image of the company

  • Previous Call Center experience preferred
