Quality Control Manager

Quality Manager

Quality Manager will guide the department to ensure the quality of parts and products produced or

sourced meet all customer expectations by leading the reduction of internal non-conformances and the

elimination of customer returns through effective utilization of continuous improvement techniques. This

candidate must also possess the ability to guide the company in the development of quality standard

as it pertains to ISO 9001 and customer requirements, as well as, the development and improvement of

system processes, which will lead to ISO 9001-2015 and TS (IATF) 16949 certifications.


?Provides quality engineering statistical analysis, quality

improvements and strategic planning support.

?Provides guidance in the pursuit of Lean Six Sigma/ Continuous

Improvement goals.

?Provide accurate and timely KPI analysis

?Provide Scorecard development, tracking and reporting


?Ensures internal process and product auditors are qualified and


?Ensures corrective action follow-up per internal and customer

quality system requirements

?Develop, review and update Quality Procedures and Work

Instructions and providing training to appropriate personnel.

?Developing, Performing and Reviewing PPAP documents that

consist of, but not limited to: First Article Inspection Reports;

Capability Analysis Studies; Measuring System Analysis; Control Plans: Internal Inspection Plans.

?Ensure systems are current which support calibration recall and


Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM


-Assists in the development of Supplier Audit procedures.

-Escorts and supports customer representatives during quality audits and responds to corrective

action requests, as required.

-Assisting with in-process inspections

-Evaluates and selects appropriate product evaluation equipment and establishes applicable

training to personnel.

Education: Bachelors from an accredited college or university.


?Ability to interpret contractual and specification requirements

?Ability to multi-task

?Certified ISO 9001 Internal Auditor

?Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)

?Demonstrated experience in analyzing and solving parts and process issues

?Excellent verbal and written communication skills

?Experience with PPAP documents and APQP process.

?High level of motivation and sense of urgency.

?Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or better is beneficial.

?Previous experience or knowledge of injection molding, plastic resins and molds is


?Strong attention to detail

?Strong computer skills and familiar with interfacing with ERP systems (IQMS would be


?Strong work ethic

?Team player with ability to work well with employees and customers alike
